No paylines: how ways-to-win is evaluated

On a payline slot a win must land on a drawn line, so a matching symbol one row off pays nothing. Golden Empire drops the lines. A win counts whenever matching symbols appear on consecutive reels from the leftmost reel, in any row, and every combination of those positions pays as a separate way.

• Wins must start on reel one and run across neighbouring reels; a cluster that skips a reel pays nothing.
• Row position is irrelevant: a top-row symbol and a bottom-row symbol still connect.
• The number of ways is the product of the matching symbols on each reel in the run.
• Every way is covered by the base stake. There is no per-line bet to raise and no ways to unlock.
• The headline 32,400 is the maximum, reached only when the grid is at its full height on every reel.

The arithmetic behind a win

Multiply, do not add. Say a symbol lands twice on reel one, three times on reel two, once on reel three, twice on reel four and not at all on reel five.

That spin pays twelve ways at the four-of-a-kind value in the paytable. The same multiplication produces the headline number: a full-height grid with one symbol in every position gives 32,400 simultaneous ways.

RTP, house edge and the 2,000x cap

Golden Empire is published at 96.5% RTP, a theoretical house edge of 3.5%: about ₱35 retained per ₱1,000 wagered, averaged over millions of spins, not over your session. Studios sometimes ship more than one RTP build, so the game's info screen at your operator is the authoritative figure.

A max-win multiplier cap is a ceiling, not a target. If a round accumulates more than 2,000 times your stake, it ends and pays the cap. Reaching it is very rare.
